Notice Regarding International Shipping

Important Update: UK-Only Shipping

We have made the decision to restrict all orders to United Kingdom addresses only. Moving forward, ModelShack will no longer ship products overseas.

This change has been prompted by a combination of increasing international shipping costs, complex cross-border administrative overheads, and stringent new EU regulations—including the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)—which impose heavy compliance and producer registration burdens on non-EU sellers shipping small volumes into Europe.

We sincerely apologise to our international customers for any disappointment this may cause. Focusing exclusively on the UK market ensures we can maintain the highest standard of service, compliance, and fast dispatch times for our domestic customers.
