This model is extremely nice.
The quality is fantastic and there is very little clean-up to do.
The pose is great and very much like the famous scene near the end of the film.
I have still not finished it yet while writing this review, as can be seen in the photos I still need to paint the belt, boots, pattern on the poncho and a few other details.
I assembled mine using metal rods, so it can easily be taken apart, nothing is glued together.
The display base is a bit plain, so I sculpted more rocks for mine using milliput.
I highly recommend this kit.

A very nice model with fine detail

I'm hoping to get another one of these soon, as the model is so good and well made. Be nice in a slightly larger scale.
The leaf pattern on the couch takes a very long time to paint and I have yet to finish these, as can be seen in my photos.

I went for the 1:10 scale and they are the perfect size for me, I'm running out of room so can't go much bigger. The detail is fantastic and all the pieces fit together perfectly and use natural joins like belts, cuffs and boots so the model will require no filling and also means you can paint the majority of parts before assembly which makes it so much easier.
I'm really impressed with the quality of the prints from ModelShack and also the extremely reasonable prices and the range of prints on offer, plus service is really good.
I will most definitely be buying more once I've completed what I'm currently working on.

Well printed model needed very little sanding or smoothing. Well packed on delivery and model exactly as stated

Lovely details and good value, I look forward to painting this up. If I was to be critical in any way, it's that the sculpt is holding the sword wrong, as a practitioner of Iaido, it would be impossible for the sword to be drawn with the left hand from the scabbard, the right hand should be closer to the guard and blade. Samurai always fought right handed with the right hand leading.
I know this isn't your sculpt, but I had to point it out.
Besides this error I love the sculpt.

Can't fault, detail spot on, problem is painting to quick need another model soon :)
