Batgirl is the name of several fictional superheroines appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, often as female counterparts and allies to Batman. The most well-known Batgirl is Barbara Gordon. A standalone Batgirl movie starring Leslie Grace, directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, was filmed but ultimately shelved by Warner Bros. and will not be released.
