Donatello or Don/Donnie is one of the four main protagonists in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and a member of the TMNT. He is the son of Master Splinter, younger adoptive brother of Karai, younger brother of Leonardo, and the older brother of Michelangelo. It is unclear whether he is older or younger than his third brother, Raphael. He is the best friend of April O'Neil and "The Brains" of the team.
