Dr. Evil is the main antagonist and archnemesis of the titular spy in the Austin Powers film series.
He is a parody of classic James Bond villains, primarily Ernst Stavro Blofeld, often distinguished by his bald head, scar, and signature pinky-to-mouth gesture. Dr. Evil is an evil genius cryogenically frozen in the 1960s and thawed out decades later, resulting in many jokes based on his outdated knowledge of the modern world and its ransom demands (e.g., demanding "$1 million"). He is portrayed by Mike Myers (who also plays Austin Powers) and is, in a major twist, Austin Powers' twin brother, Douglas "Dougie" Powers. His entourage includes his son Scott Evil, his tiny clone Mini-Me, his assistant Frau Farbissina, and his hairless cat Mr. Bigglesworth.
