Nanachi is a hollow, or Narehate, who possesses a unique, rabbit-like appearance and deep expertise in the ecology of the Abyss. Originally a human child, they were transformed by the horrific effects of the Abyss’s sixth layer during a cruel experiment. Despite a tragic past, Nanachi acts as a cynical but kind-hearted mentor, utilising their extensive knowledge to guide explorers. Their gentle personality masks a profound sense of loss and a resilient spirit born from enduring unbearable trauma.
