Clad in a long blue coat and sporting shock-white hair, he balances refined Victorian manners with a terrifying, shadow-fueled intensity that emerges through his hand-crafted firearms. Though he often acts as the team's pragmatic strategist, Percy constantly struggles to keep his inner demons and thirst for retribution from consuming his soul.
