Perona, "Ghost Princess" of One Piece, is a Gothic Lolita-style pirate. Formerly a commander on Thriller Bark, she wields the Horo Horo no Mi, creating ghosts that drain the spirit from anyone they pass through. Known for her pink hair, distinctive "Horo-horo-horo" laugh, and Kumacy bear, she transitioned from antagonist to a reluctant ally of Roronoa Zoro and Dracule Mihawk during the timeskip.
